Today we painted a tribute to Madden 'Ekons' Petersen who passed away in 2014. A talented graffiti artist and designer madden grew up in Cape Town before moving to London to pursue his passion.

Rest in Peace Des Maddon 13/01/48 - 13/02/16

It's with great sadness that we announce that Des Madden has passed away. Des had been a key inspiration for this project from fixing and helping out with tasks to giving sound advice when dealing with the bullying management at Brixton Green.
Des led an alternative life away from the mainstream and contributed a great amount to Brixton.
He never compromised on his principles and was a solid character.
This short film documents Des's life as a Squatter in Brixton, and this was something he stayed true too up to his death.

The Zulu's of Jeppe

This short film looks at the Zulus of jeppe who gather every Sunday at Jeppe Park in Johannesburg to take part in traditional Zulu dance. Located on Jules St and Gus St in jeppe it is an amazing display of traditional culture which any visitor to the city should not miss.

This short film looks at the work of Emmanuel Molikoe and Meleney Kriel from The Viva Foundation in South Africa who visited the project at number six Somerleyton Road last year.
