Back to school.

Today we visited Forres primary school in hoddeston, Hertfordshire. We looked at the work that takes place at Stockwell Hall Of Fame and the work of hundreds of artists who pass through there each year to create masterpieces.
We also looked at the role of social media to promote artwork and reach a wider audience.
The pupils then created their own designs which were then painted onto a specially designed wall at the school.
Thanks to everyone at forres primary school for their hard work.

The Housing Office demolition

The Housing Office on Notre Dame estate is currently being demolished. The building was the setting last year for #thelambethlivingshow which featured artists from around the world and was attended by residents and visitors.
The building was abandoned by Lambeth Council and was turned into a meanwhile space for artists to produce work.
Fortunately we have managed to save a section of a piece created by Maddin Peterson from Cape Town who painted the side in 2013 but later passed away in 2014.
Rest in peace Maddin, your art lives on.
