Celebrating 1 year of Devolution
Various groups from across Isiolo County were invited to the stadium in Isiolo to celebrate 1 year of Devolution for all the counties in Kenya. The day consisted of musical performances from differant groups across the County. Thanks to the Governors office for a great day. See what they do here www.isiolo.go.ke
