Saturday 27th saw the launch of The Venus Art Show which took place at Six Brixton. Venus Bill created a series of images based on the concept of Dragons which were then painted onto recycled wood. Venus also painted live outside during the display.

Making stuff
Six Brixton has been busy lately. Local artist Adam paid a visit to fix up a canvas he wanted to frame and we also made an improvised cart for one young person who requested it. Thanks to Des we also made some conkers on a string to play, oh yes, its conker season....let battles commence.

Its open 24 hours a day and is located at Six Brixton, 6 Somerleyton Road, London , SW9 8ND. If you like it please feel free to drop by and donate some books. We take CD's too. Get your Knowledge on!

Somerleyton Sessions
This week has been something of a result, from finishing the composters for the garden to finding some great pine wood floorboards courtesy of a resident on St.Matthews road. The task has been to create some growing boxes from these and also a rat maze made out of perspex and wood. We've also been making some garden furniture too.
If you like what we do please come and support or you can donate anything from a box of screws to a packet of biscuits. We are Watch this Space, keep watching and be inspired to create.
